Our Place Schools Ltd is a residential school for young people with severe learning difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Condition, medical and behavioural needs. We are looking for a new Deputy Head of Education to join our small, friendly team. Working in a beautiful rural setting just 5 minutes from Malvern and close to the A44. We have free parking on site and subsided lunches. 

This wonderful opportunity will be right for someone who is committed to provide the best quality of care and support to Children and Young People, enabling them to reach their full potential. You will plan individual curricula for each pupil, incorporating relevant and stimulating learning activities and targets for them to work towards. In addition, you will support the Head of Education to lead the school staff team, evaluating performance, development and inspiring both colleagues and pupils. You will have proven techniques for dealing with challenging behaviour whilst promoting inclusion and independence across the school. The ideal candidate will have experience within an SEN setting, relevant teaching qualification and experience of working with the Independent Schools Inspection framework.
