St John’s Academy Marlborough is one of the highest performing academies in the country and a key member of the highly effective Excalibur Academies Trust.  We are looking to appoint a senior member of the Maths Faculty to support the Head of Maths in our exceptionally supportive and passionate team. 

Our Deputy Head of Maths will be an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of leading students to achieve outstanding results, who embraces creativity, innovation and is always looking for the very best practice in teaching. They will share the Academy's vision and the belief that all young people can achieve at high levels. 

The Maths Faculty as well as the rest of the Academy, performs at a high level and it has a very clear focus on students making strong progress.  We can offer you the opportunity to teach Maths and Further Maths at A level, but this is not an essential requirement.  You will join a Faculty that is celebrating extremely strong results and prides itself in expecting the very highest standards of achievement from all its students.
