Cambridge Regional College is looking for an aspiring leader in further education marketing to join the college's marketing team as Deputy Head of Marketing. 

Joining the college at an exciting time in its development, this role will have a pivotal role both in the team and college.  

 The candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the College's marketing strategy, act as their deputy and manage the marketing campaigns, initiatives,communications and channels to support the College in achieving its reputational and recruitment objectives.    

Joining a busy marketing department the candidate will need to have education marketing experience,and preferably within further education. 

They will need to be an experienced marketer able to develop and deliver high impact integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results across multiple customer and product groups; manage core communication channels; effectively manage teams and a busy design and production function.    

The post holder will work closely with many departments and stakeholders across the college,and externally, and will need to develop strong working relationships and drive forward progress with the customer in mind, always acting as the customers' champion.    

We are looking for a marketer with a broad range of expertise and digital marketing excellence, able to work across a wide variety of marketing mediums from direct mail, e-mail marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, advertising,PR and events. 

Able to work from the strategic level down to the detailed tactical implementation.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
