Deputy Head of Primary

Green Oasis is an English speaking school close to the border with Hong Kong. We have students from Year 1 through to Year 11. Children at the school follow the National Curriculum for England and go on to take their IGCSE examinations in the secondary school. Many of the children are from Chinese backgrounds and some have a limited knowledge of English when they arrive at the school. EAL support is offered throughout the School. Every class in the Primary school has a teaching partner who is able to speak in both Mandarin and English.

GOS has a number of 2 year renewable contracts available for next academic year. The positions would be from August 2017. Candidates must have a full teaching qualification and at least 2-5 years teaching experience depending on the post applied for.

Please note the Deputy position comes with a 10 hour teaching load. Additional allowances are offered for all positions of responsibility.
