Deputy Head of School - Academics

RGS Qatar wish to appoint an outstanding Deputy Head to lead our Academics provision for the 2021/22 academic year.  Applications for the post are invited now for commencement in August 2021.

RGS Qatar opened in September 2016 and has quickly established itself as an outstanding school in the Middle East.  Due to its continued success, RGS Qatar is due to open its new Secondary School in 2021.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and talented leader to join our dynamic team of educators to deliver the next stage of the schools exciting journey.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, working in a high performing team and possess an  in-depth understanding of current pedagogical practices of both the Primary and Secondary British Curriculums.   Experience of leading and managing staff and promoting innovative approaches to learning are crucial to this new role as are being able to establish a positive 'can do' growth mindset attitude amongst staff.
