We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated professional with drive and ambition to join the Science Faculty in our school. The successful person will be passionate about their subject and have a proven record of raising standards and achievement. We are an inclusive school and have students of all abilities and from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. The role includes responsibility for a key stage which will be decided and agreed upon according to the applicant’s strengths and the department’s needs.

As a successful and knowledgeable teacher you will deliver lessons that engage, enthuse and inspire students to succeed enabling the best possible outcomes. You will support the Head of Faculty, and work alongside two other key stage leaders, in leading a team of committed and capable staff. The ability to teach Chemistry or Physics to KS5 is desirable.

Payment is on Teacher Main Scale or Upper Pay scale depending on experience, plus a TLR2(2).
