We require an outstanding and inspirational teacher to work closely with the Director of Sixth Form to oversee and monitor the academic progress and pastoral wellbeing of the Lower and Upper Sixth girls.
This is a residential role in our standalone Upper Sixth boarding house. The post holder will stay with a year group for the two year journey through the Sixth Form and will therefore alternate with a colleague between the role of Deputy Head of Lower Sixth and Deputy Head of Upper Sixth over a two-year cycle.
Brand new family accommodation is provided all year round. We have a beautiful site with free board during term time. Wycombe Abbey has its own salary scale which compares favourably with other independent schools and is well above that of the maintained sector
