Job overview

We are seeking an outstanding Deputy Head of our ELP (Enhanced Learning Provision) Centre at our new academy, Castle Hill Academy.

We are an ambitious school and a new member academy of the Platanos Trust, a growing and high-performing academy trust. It is just the place for talented, ambitious individuals to develop their career and make their mark. 

The ELP Centre caters for the needs of pupils with ASD. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher and manager with the skills and relevant experience in supporting pupils with ASD and SEND. The candidate will be actively involved in developing the department into an outstanding provision. They will also have a commitment to high expectations and the work ethic and ethos of the school and the Platanos Trust.
