The British School in Tokyo (BST) is seeking to appoint two experienced and dynamic individuals to join the Primary and whole school Extended Leadership Teams from August 2021 onwards.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record of senior leadership and a compelling educational philosophy which aligns with the BST approach and ethos.
The Deputy Heads of Primary will have daily responsibility for one of the school’s current Primary campuses – BST Shibuya (Early Years to Year 3) or BST Showa (Year 4 to Year 6).
The Deputy Heads of Primary will also have a passion for pedagogical development and will work closely with the Head of Primary and other senior leaders to implement BST’s Strategic Vision and Plan, which includes the opening of a new and innovative central Tokyo Primary campus in August 2023.
