SWB Academy is a vibrant, successful 11-19 Academy. We are massively oversubscribed and have world class facilities, highly professional staff and students who are keen to learn.

The post-holder will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic pastoral team who support the work of the Academy is a proficient and professional way. Our Deputy Head of Year roles are key to supporting the welfare of our students throughout the day, liaising with teaching staff and connecting with parents.  

The role will include all aspects of pastoral management. You need to be a very good ‘people person’, have a positive approach, be extremely well organized, very proactive and committed to making a difference.  In return you will get to work in an innovative and supportive Academy. A suitable year group will be decided by negotiation following interview.
