Applications are invited from highly-qualified and ambitious graduates with experience in Middle or Senior Management for the post of Deputy Head (Pastoral) of this successful 3-18 co-educational independent boarding and day school. 

This role replaces the position of Assistant Head (Pupils) which has evolved significantly in conjunction with the ongoing growth and development of the school.

St Edmund's School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school with c. 570 pupils from the ages of 3 to 18.  The Pre-Prep, Junior, and Senior Schools are on the same green field site and are closely integrated using the same Chapel, music and art facilities, dining hall, science laboratories and sports hall.   The broad age range enhances the mutually supportive, family atmosphere that defines the school, where every pupil and staff member is known and valued.
