DEPUTY HEAD (PASTORAL)

The Royal Hospital School is seeking an outstanding and experienced individual to lead and influence the pastoral welfare of the School community. This an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and caring person with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a track record of showing initiative, establishing positive and effective relationships and will have benefitted from experience in a variety of roles and schools. He or she will have the personal qualities, experience and skills to take overall responsibility for pastoral care and demonstrate a thorough commitment to our boarding ethos and provision.
The Deputy Head (Pastoral) will be a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will contribute to the overall leadership, direction and management of the School.
