Deputy Head Pastoral

Broomwood Hall, a highly successful traditional day prep school (IAPS) for children aged 4-13, seeks a Deputy Head, Pastoral, to join the Head and Deputy Head, Academic, to form the School's Senior Leadership Team. The role, which will include some teaching, would be ideal preparation for someone aspiring to prep school headship. 

Applications are invited from well qualified and ambitious teachers who have plenty of energy and can demonstrate strong organisational skills, some management experience, along with a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children.
