You will have a strong background in learning and teaching with experience of raising standards through an exciting and effective curriculum and outstanding quality first teaching. You will also have a strong background in pastoral care and experience of working with outside agencies in ensuring the very best outcomes for all our students. You will line manage the SENDCO
