This is a superb and unique opportunity for someone with flair, enthusiasm and commitment to be part of our dynamic and forward thinking school. This senior post will suit someone who has demonstrated the skills, experience and resolve needed to achieve success in school leadership, and who is likely to progress to Headship in due course.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deputising for the Head in her absence, leading the day-to-day running of the school and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the senior leadership team. The current team carry responsibility for academic, pastoral and staffing matters and the new Deputy may be asked to manage one of these according to their strengths and preferences.
