Under new headship, Kennet School has set some high expectations and we are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team in September to further shape the vision and direction of the academy.

As a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have a large responsibility with the opportunity to harness the power and commitment of our exceptional staffing team. No specific responsibility has been allocated but this will be agreed to suit the successful applicant’s skill set. We seek a Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team to shape the vision and direction of Kennet School who is dedicated and ambitious and who aspires to headship.
Applicants must have a strong academic track record, demonstrate the potential to be an exceptional leader and has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders.
