Deputy Head Teacher

As Deputy Head Teacher at Broadbeck Learning Centre, part of the Witherslack Group, you’ll have the chance to lead and shape our school and deliver the kind of education you always wanted to.  Working with the Head Teacher, you will set the vision for the future of the school, ensuring we have the right people and plans in place to see that our young people – whatever their needs – leave the school feeling proud of what they’ve achieved and what they’re capable of. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new multi-million pound, purpose built facility. Broadbeck Learning Centre is an independent day school catering for 14 young people with BESD and complex needs. The Learning Centre benefits from excellent staffing ratios and small class sizes, ensuring that every pupil in our integrated provision receives a highly personalised curriculum and is treated as an individual. We are part of the Witherslack Group, a highly successful and expanding national SEN Group with a ‘no limits’ approach to learning.
