SRS is a BSO approved international school that provides a high quality education, meeting the needs of a diverse range of students. We deliver the British National Curriculum to an increasing population of around 3000 plus students from FS to Year 13, leading to GCSE, IGCSE, BTEC and AS/A2 qualifications.

An experienced and exceptional individual is required from August 2018 to be Deputy Head at one of Dubai’s leading schools. 

The post holder will be expected to work alongside the secondary Head Teacher and the school’s Principal, supporting the strategic direction of the school. In particular he/she will have the following core responsibilities:

· Driving up standards, accelerate progress to raise attainment across the secondary school

· Strategic leadership of teaching, learning and assessment across the secondary school

· Design and implement a CPD programme based upon the outcomes of rigorous self-evaluation and bespoke action planning
