The Governing Body wishes to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher, to start in April or September 2022.  

Claycots School is a large Primary School split over two campuses. We have a newly appointed Senior Leadership Team in post who are ambitious about driving standards of teaching and learning and improving outcomes for all children. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and influential leader to work alongside the Headteacher and SLT to deliver our vision for the school.

You will be joining Claycots at an exciting time and will have specific responsibility for the strategic leadership of Inclusion and Behaviour at one of our campuses. You will have a strong background in pastoral care and experience of working with outside agencies in ensuring the very best outcomes for all our students.

Claycots School is an 8 form entry primary school with two campuses in the diverse and rapidly-expanding town of Slough, Berkshire. Our Town Hall site, situated on the Bath Road serves the community of Central Slough, Chalvey and Upton. Our Britwell site, situated on the North of Slough serves the communities of Britwell, Lynch Hill and Manor Park.
