We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher, with high aspirations for the pupils and staff at Pembroke Park Primary School.
The Deputy Headteacher role will be a permanent role and will start full time in September. This role will be class based with 1 day week deputy release.
The successful candidate will work with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement whilst continuing to maintain the ethos and culture in the school.
As Deputy Headteacher, your exact role and specific responsibilities will be agreed annually and will be subject to change to allow you the opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of school leadership. For the coming year, your core responsibilities will include leading on teaching and learning, leading a core subject and supporting Teaching Assistants with their professional development.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the school.
