A well established, co-educational independent prep school. We now seek to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Deputy Head to provide professional leadership and management of our successful school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the school as well as leading our approach to safeguarding and child protection. They will provide full support to the Head, stepping up into the role in their absence, embodying the values of the School and helping to shape its future direction through the ongoing development of the whole school strategic plan.
Working with and supporting others will form a key component of the role, developing strong relationships with all stakeholders enabling them to have a positive impact across the school.
This is a demanding and challenging role requiring the successful candidate to manage a wide variety of responsibilities and work efficiently and effectively under pressure to ensure that the School is able to function at its best at all times.
