Deputy Headteacher

The Governors at Carlton Primary Academy wish to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join the senior leadership team in driving school improvement and taking the school forward. The candidate will have prior leadership experience and be an outstanding teacher, and whilst not having a classroom responsibility, able to model this practice across the academy.  In addition, there will be a lead role in developing and implementing whole school curriculum change focusing on knowledge and skills that pupils gain and monitor and evaluate its impact on the quality of education and outcomes.
