Following a recent leadership team restructure, we are looking for an outstanding Deputy Headteacher to complement our leadership team promoting the vision, ethos and policies of the school in order to secure outstanding teaching, effective learning with high standards of attendance, achievement and behaviour.
You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated to primary education and possess effective leadership skills to inspire and develop others and contribute to the life-long learning of our children. You will have a proactive approach to researching and implementing change to keep in line with the ever-evolving educational sector, be highly visible, proactive and approachable, a calm and confident communicator and a strategic leader.
This is an exciting opportunity where the challenge will be to drive our curriculum development, assessment and monitoring systems and assessment for learning.
