Your new role 

Promote professional leadership and management to the School.  Promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the School work. Contribute to the high quality education by effectively managing teaching and learning. Support and contribute to a culture that promotes excellence, equity and high expectations of all pupils.  

What you'll need to succeed 

You will need the ability to think strategically, creatively and to prioritise your workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with being resilient and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
