Deputy Headteacher

Hollyfast is a welcoming and successful school committed to collaborative leadership. We require a Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who can demonstrate impact in a senior role within their current school.

You will be:

• Able to work in close partnership with teams across the school, implementing our vision of growth for Hollyfast.
• An exemplary primary practitioner, with a passion for teaching and learning, able to demonstrate excellent classroom skills and a proven record of pupil progress.
• Able to demonstrate high expectations, capable of both securing and maintaining high standards of pupil achievement, attainment and behaviour.
• Be a confident and clear communicator able to support and coach staff, with significant experience in the sharing of effective practice.
• Have experience of teaching in more than one primary phase, with knowledge of assessment practices at each transition point.
• Play a significant role in the analysis and use of assessment information and data across the school.
• Lead in the further development of inclusive practice and support in the focus on diminishing differences.
