Due to the retirement of the current post holder the Governing Board is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational senior leader with an outstanding track record, exceptional communication skills and the vision and energy to support the Headteacher on the next stage of our improvement journey.

Colmers School and Sixth Form College is a Foundation School. We are a popular, local co-educational 11-18 comprehensive, serving the local community of Longbridge and Northfield in South Birmingham. Our values of Achieving Excellence, Belonging Together and Challenging Mindsets lie at the heart of everything we do as a school community.

This appointment is a great opportunity for an existing or aspiring Deputy Head to make a lasting impact. The successful candidate will inherit a cohesive and talented staff team, passionate about improving outcomes and committed to delivering an exceptional Colmers education, both within and beyond the classroom.
