The Kingswinford School is a successful mixed 11-16 comprehensive academy of 900 students. The school joined the Windsor Academy Trust in 2016, with a new Headteacher joining in September 2017. With fresh approaches and determined drive for improvement the school has very recently been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and strives to become ‘Outstanding’ before they return.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Leader to drive change in the school and ensure that we retain and build on the progress and reputation built so far. You will be creative and innovative in your thinking; committed and relentless in your drive to improve the life chances of young people; and highly aspirational for both your own career progression and the outcomes for our students.
