Bluebell Meadow Primary School is a recently amalgamated primary school based on two sites in neighbouring villages.

Governors are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who will support the new Headteacher to continue the inspirational work achieved so far.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

  • Is a forward thinking leader who can support the Headteacher in her vision and values for the school

  • Who understands and will embrace our core pedagogical values around child centred learning across the school

  • Is a strategic leader with a proven track record of improvement who encourages a collaborative approach to learning

  • Has the ability to develop exceptionally strong partnerships with children and their families, with Governors and the numerous professionals we work with

  • Be committed to developing staff at every stage in their career

  • Is an inclusive practitioner who believes that all children can succeed
