Job overview
From September 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter, we wish to appoint to this 11-19 multi-cultural school a highly motivated Deputy Headteacher. You will be confident, with strong organisational skills and an excellent understanding of how data can be used to raise achievement. You will also be an experienced senior leader with presence and drive.
Joining a collegiate, committed and energetic Leadership Team, your responsibilities will be based on your strengths and experience, and the requirements of the school.
You will need to demonstrate:
- excellent interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and inspire staff and students to reach the highest levels of achievement, along with outstanding classroom teaching
- a track record at senior level of successfully implementing improvement strategies
- the ability to operate at a strategic level including effective use of data, self-evaluation and quality assurance processes.

Featherstone High School is a mixed, multi-cultural comprehensive school for pupils between the ages of 11 and 19 situated in the London Borough of Ealing.
