Job overview

The Governors of The Cavendish School are looking for an exceptional leader to play their part in driving and shaping the school's future. The successful candidate will provide excellent leadership and high quality management, and will support the Head of School in securing the improvement and success of the school.

Securing the right person with the drive, ambition, motivation and leadership skills is the paramount objective. There is flexibility in determining the specific roles and responsibilities. Specific areas of responsibility might include; curriculum, data, student progress, standards and effectiveness; teaching, learning and assessment; leadership and the development of others.
