Following the decision of our Deputy Headteacher to retire after 29 years, Bishopshalt School is looking for an inspirational individual to join our Leadership Team to be part of the growth and development of our school. Our goal is to provide an outstanding education for all students and ensure they achieve their potential - and beyond. 

The successful candidate will work together with the Senior Leadership Team, Governors, Staff and Students to build on what is already a very good school. You will be able to build successful teams and work collaboratively to achieve success.  You will have the ability to drive yourself and others.

You will be able to respond and adapt effectively to changing circumstances, maintaining high levels of performance.  You will actively listen and effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences.  You will demonstrate a good understanding of legislation and regulation so that resources are used efficiently and effectively in a way that maximises performance.
