Deputy Headteacher

The Governors wish to appoint a Deputy Headteacher (with 0.5 teaching responsibility) with a track record of success and proven leadership skills who:

• Would love the opportunity to further develop a recently inspected ‘Good’ school

• Can demonstrate excellent teaching practice

• Has a passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference

• Has the ability to make learning exciting and has high expectations of themselves, their colleagues and the children.

• Is an inspirational leader

• Can enthuse, motivate and develop children and staff

• Would be capable of and excited by the opportunity to take a lead role in the further  development of our curriculum
