A Deputy Headteacher is required to join this outstanding school, with responsibility for a key stage and to lead on achievement, assessment and teaching and learning.  We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven and successful track record as a senior leader within a special school.

Greenvale School is a Lewisham community special school for children and young people between the ages of 11 and 19 who have severe and profound learning difficulties (SLD & PMLD).  Many pupils have additional diagnosis including autism, physical disabilities and medical needs. Applicants should have the skills and ability to work with the whole range of pupils.

The school offers the opportunity to make a difference to our amazing students and to work alongside a talented and dedicated staff team. In addition, you would be joining the school at an exciting time and will be involved in the planning and preparation of the recently approved Greenvale expansion.

The successful applicant will be required to have a DBS check and an overseas check if applicable.
