Deputy Headteacher
Leadership – Group 4 - L16 – L20 (Permanent)
The Governing Body wishes to appoint an inspiring, motivational and innovative Deputy Headteacher who is committed to our children and the community. The successful candidate will work alongside the Headteacher and an energetic and forward-thinking senior leadership team.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding practitioner with proven success in raising standards in their current school and a teacher who is an excellent role model with demonstrable management and leadership experience.

• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills;
• Self-motivated, resilient with the vision and energy to help lead the school to excellence;
