Deputy Headteacher

Cold Harbour C of E Primary School is looking for an energetic Deputy Headteacher, with outstanding teaching skills to join the team and work with our dedicated Headteacher to shape the future of our caring, inclusive school. Situated in West Bletchley, our school is proud of its Christian ethos and values that provide our children with an environment in which they can flourish and reach their full potential.

Our ideal recruit will be an exemplary classroom practitioner, able to model best practice and to take a lead in coaching and mentoring colleagues. In addition, our new Deputy needs to:

· Have at least two years’ experience as part of an SLT

· Be a resilient team player who is keen to play an active part in our improvement journey

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Have SEND/Pupil Premium experience
