Deputy Headteacher

Avenue Primary School is a large four form entry inclusive school where every child is valued and supported to achieve their best.

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a second Deputy Head teacher to join the senior leadership team of our popular community school.

We invite applications from ambitious and experienced teachers who are able to demonstrate excellent practice across the Primary Phase and who have a significant understanding within the area of assessment and the use of Pupil Premium to raise standards of attainment and achievement.

The school’s second Deputy Headteacher will have phase leadership responsibilities and will take a leading role in the strategic planning, management and development of the school.
