We are looking to appoint an exceptional senior leader to the new position of Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral and Attitudes to Learning, on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), supporting the Headteacher with the strategic leadership of the Academy.
Lordswood Girls’ School has high expectations for our students to achieve their very best. We are looking to appoint an effective and strategic leader with strong values who can demonstrate a track record of achievement to take up the appointment at the beginning of the Autumn Term 2022.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, dynamic and motivated so that we can continue to support our students to reach their full potential and ensuring that the welfare and mental health of all of our students is always at the main focus and at the very heart of our decision making. This position would be ideally suited to someone looking for a further challenge, or equally someone seeking to build on their successful experience in leadership.
