This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join the Parkside Team.

This leadership role will naturally be varied and challenging and will provide ideal preparation for full headship. You will enjoy a high level of visibility, autonomy and impact, and we are seeking an individual who can recognise our existing strengths – but challenge our community to be the best that they can be. You will be empowered to improve policy, process and practice in all areas of our work. You will work alongside the senior team to secure an exceptional climate for learning to support student ambition. 

You will have responsibility for the all elements of pastoral care including:  

Leading the school’s safeguarding strategy as Designated Safeguarding Lead  

Leading the school’s Relational and Restorative practice strategy providing high challenge and high support 

Leading the school’s anti-bullying strategy
