We are looking for a committed, passionate and forward thinking Deputy Headteacher for Safeguarding, Behaviour, Attendance & Inclusion. Our Vision 2027 is to be on of the highest performing schools in the country. We want every child to leave Isca with both the qualifications and a wealth of experiences to follow their dreams.
You will need to be able to model and uphold the very highest of standards at all times and in return get the opportunity to work with the most amazing students in the South West. We believe that classrooms should be disruption free so that teachers can teach and students can make excellent progress, you will be pivotal to securing this ambition. You will be responsible for ensuring all students are safe, attendance is exemplary and every child succeeds regardless of background or need.

Our school is located on a recently designed campus with purpose-built accommodation, offering spacious and excellent teaching and learning facilities. We currently have a roll of over 1,000 students and were full on first choices in September 2021. Isca Academy prides itself on providing high quality comprehensive and inclusive education.
