This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our outstanding school

We are looking to appoint an inspiring deputy head teacher to join our outstanding Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a confident individual with strong organizational skills and an excellent understanding of how data can be used to raise achievement. They will be an experienced senior leader with presence and drive.

The successful candidate will be joining a collegiate, committed and energetic Leadership Team and will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and inspire staff and students to reach the highest levels of achievement
  • Outstanding classroom teaching

  • High personal impact on student progress and attainment

  • A track record at senior level of successfully implementing improvement strategies

  • A commitment to the School’s vision and ethos
  • Passion and drive to make a difference and enable all students to fulfil their potential

  • The ability to operate at a strategic level including effective use of data, self-evaluation and quality assurance processes.
