We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspirational teacher and leader to join our Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of Behaviour, Pastoral provision and KS5; however, all other roles and responsibilities for this post will be developed utilising and building upon the successful candidate’s skills and knowledge. About Altrincham College
Altrincham College is an over-subscribed modern high school set in attractive, spacious grounds in the semi-rural Hale/Timperley area of Altrincham. The school currently caters for approximately 980 pupils aged 11-18, so is the ideal size to offer opportunity and expertise in every area of the curriculum, whilst still being able to maintain a caring and secure environment for our pupils. The school is well served by public transport, ensuring easy access to all parts of Altrincham and South Manchester.
Our last Ofsted inspection (May 2022) confirmed that we are a “good” school, The overall message from the Inspection reads:
“Trustees, governors and other leaders set clear and high ambitions for all pupils and for students in the sixth form. These expectations help pupils and students to achieve well overall. This includes those pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who are disadvantaged.”
