We are seeking to appoint from April 2019, an outstanding senior leader who has a proven track record of raising outcomes for children and who will vigorously embed ambition and drive improvement to ensure the school’s continued success. This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team at a well-regarded large junior school.
Altofts Juniors is a good school, but we recognise that further improvements are needed and are keen to raise both attainment and progress in our suburban school on the outskirts of Wakefield.
You will have the opportunity to be fully involved in all aspects of the leadership and management of our school, and to make a real difference to the lives of all of our children and community.
We are seeking someone innovative, who will bring new ideas and approaches, and who has a passion and aptitude for assessment in particular, an area on which the successful candidate will lead.
