Arden Fields School is primarily a special school for children who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties, often co-existing with other complex needs such as Autism.

Key Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional classroom practitioner, who has demonstrable experience of working with children and young people with either social, emotional and mental health difficulties and/or Autism, with associated challenging behaviour or other complex needs whilst demonstrating proven experience of implementing the national curriculum.

As our Deputy Headteacher you will be able to implement strategies for raising achievement across the curriculum and must be committed to your further professional development.

You will be fully involved in the strategic leadership and daily management of the school.
