(CURRICULUM, DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING)
Salary: L20 – L27
Required ideally for Easter or September 2019, a full-time permanent deputy headteacher to join our senior management team.
Sheldon is a large, high performing comprehensive school with over 1700 students and is oversubscribed for 2019. We would like to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to work with the headteacher and senior management team to build on our successes and take the school forward. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with vision and outstanding leadership skills who is keen to help take the school on to even greater successes. As a member of the senior management team, the person appointed will have significant responsibility for curriculum planning and developments, will also have oversight of data and reporting, and will help shape the direction of the whole school by directly leading the eleven heads of faculty.
The deputy headteacher would be joining a hugely committed senior management team in a friendly, successful school, where morale is high, students are keen to learn and there is a shared will to make it even stronger. If you possess the drive, energy, passion and ambition needed, we would very much like to hear from you.
