Inspiring Schools Partnership are looking to recruit a Deputy HR Manager working with the Central Services HR Team across our MAT of 3 schools; Stoke Damerel Community College, Montpelier Primary School, Scott Medical and Healthcare College. 

The successful candidate will work with the HR Manager to ensure the delivery of a compliant, professional and business focussed HR service which supports the vision and objectives of the MAT. You will be responsible for the day to day operational activities and first line management of the HR central services team.

You will be a member of CIPD and hold or be working towards a level 5 qualification and will have proven skills of managing a team with the ability to demonstrate clear knowledge of:

● employment law

● employment contracts

● payroll systems with an awareness of pension schemes. 

● GDPR

Ideally you will have experience of working within the education sector although this is not essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our small team and look forward to welcoming you to our MAT.
