Deputy Pastoral Manager

As Deputy Pastoral Manager at Oversands School, you’ll be instrumental in creating a setting where a young person in crisis can feel safe. You’ll be part of a team helping to transform the lives of young people with SEN of primary and secondary ages – educating, inspiring, engaging and realising their potential.

Our new Deputy Pastoral Manager will be committed to fulfilling the potential of each and every one of our Young People, no matter what their educational needs (including emotional and social difficulties, autistic spectrum conditions and speech and language communication difficulties), you share our belief that all young people are capable of achieving great things.

As a Deputy Pastoral Manager, you’ll ideally have experience of dealing with complex education needs, as you’ll need to connect with our young people – understanding what makes them unique and working to make a real difference to their social and emotional development. But none of this fazes you, as it’s what you’re passionate about. And why you’ll fit right in.
