As Deputy Pastoral Manager at Bridgeway School, you’ll be instrumental in creating a setting where a young person in crisis can feel safe.  You’ll be part of a team helping to transform the lives of young people with SEN of primary and secondary ages – educating, inspiring, engaging and realising their potential.

That’s why we’re looking for someone who’s pretty unique. Our new Deputy Pastoral Manager will be committed to fulfilling the potential of each and every one of our Young People, no matter what their educational needs (including emotional and social difficulties, autistic spectrum conditions and speech and language communication difficulties), you share our belief that all young people are capable of achieving great things.

Bridgeway School is a co-educational day school based in Bamber Bridge near Preston and provides for pupil aged 11-18 with special educational needs relating to ASD and associated complex needs. Many pupils present with additional co-existing conditions, such as ADHD, attachment disorder and speech and language difficulties, which impact significantly on their learning and progress.
