We are now looking to appoint an inspirational role model, strong public figurehead and exceptional leader to be our Deputy Principal. This new post arises as a result of a restructure of the Collegiate Leadership Group and will see the newly appointed Deputy Principal act as the sole second-in-charge of our large, successful school and support the Principal in providing outstanding day-to-day leadership of the Collegiate, our community and our work.

Candidates will already have enjoyed considerable success in a senior leadership role and will have broad and varied experience across a range of school leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for an ambitious and driven leader who aspires to Headship and has a clear vision for outstanding education, matched by an ability to deliver first rate learning experiences for all students.

Riddlesdown Collegiate is part of The Collegiate Trust and is an Academy with:

  • A successful “small schools model”
