About The School

Our client is a Catholic Secondary College for boys. Since the College first opened, it has been charged with the responsibility to educate boys in a holistic manner, enhancing the academic, spiritual and social abilities of students.  The College has built a tradition of excellence by providing the highest standard of teaching staff, facilities and co-curricular options possible for students within a caring environment. The College invests significantly in providing opportunities and challenging all members of the community to participate in the wide range of services the College provides. This ensures that students fulfill their potential as young men in their time at the school. 


About the Role

The school is inviting applicants to become the Deputy Principal of Identity and Mission. This position has the responsibility to animate the Catholic Life and Mission of the College and to design and implement a sophisticated, consistent and planned program of faith for all members of the school community.


About You 

1. Be able to demonstrate your commitment to the Catholic Church with a strong emphasis on promoting the teachings of the Catholic Church. 

2. Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles and vision of the College and in issues pertaining to the education of boys. 

3. Have a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of an executive team. 

4. Assist with the development of community amongst staff, students and parents.
