As a Deputy Room Lead, you will work in conjunction with the Room Lead, regularly meeting with them to ensure that the room is run efficiently. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the room in your Room Leads absence making this a fantastic position for those looking to grow and develop their skills!

We are looking for a warm and friendly person with a minimum of level 3 (or equivalent) in childcare, experience of working and caring for children ages 0-5 years, and a strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

This role will be 4 days a week made up of 10-hour shifts. Meaning you will be contracted to work a 40-hour week. Each work day has a 60-minute paid break.
